24 Seven Moving service
Contact us via phone, email, or through our website to inquire about our moving services. Our team will gather information about your move, including the size of your home or office, the distance to your new location, and any special requirements (e.g., packing, handling of specialty items).
We will provide you with a detailed, free moving estimate based on the information you provide. This can be an in-person assessment or a virtual estimate, depending on your preference and location. Our goal is to provide a clear and accurate estimate of costs.
Once you accept the estimate, we will schedule a convenient time for your move. We recommend booking your move as early as possible to ensure availability, particularly during peak moving seasons.
If you require packing materials, we will provide boxes, bubble wrap, packing paper, and tape. We can also assist with full packing services if needed. For larger items, packing materials are included in the rate.
Prior to your move, we will confirm the date, time, and any special requests. Our team will review the moving plan with you to ensure everything is set for a smooth move.
On the scheduled moving day, our professional moving crew will arrive at your pick up location. We will begin by carefully packing and loading your belongings onto our moving truck. The team will take extra care with fragile items, ensuring everything is safely secured for transport.
Your belongings will be transported to your new location using our well-maintained fleet of moving trucks. For long-distance moves, we will keep you updated on the progress of your move.
Once we arrive at your new home or office, our crew will unload your items and place them in the designated rooms or areas. We will also assist with unpacking if you requested this service.
After all items are unloaded and set up, we will conduct a final walkthrough with you to ensure everything is in place. Once you confirm that all items are accounted for and undamaged, the move will be complete.
After the move is completed, we will provide an itemized invoice for your services. Payment can be made via cash, credit card, or other accepted methods. We will issue a receipt for your records.
